If there is smoke, there’s got to be a fire!

Looking Back 2010 was our best year ever, we started the year with a great showing in Lakeland Fl. (KCBS, 1^st pork, 1^st hospitality, 1^st anything butt, 3^rd in dessert) and ended the year by winning 3 Trophy bells in Waycross Ga. (Best of the Best, national invitational 3^rd ribs, 4^th whole hog, National open, 1^st ribs, 5^th whole hog, and 1^st hospitality).

Along the way we won 4 Grand Championships including the MBN national Championship and the Virginia State Championship. The team is really cooking some of our best food ever and that was rewarded with a 4^th place finish in MBN national points. So take a look at our 2011 results / schedule page and make plans to come out and visit us at one of the upcoming events.

One of the things that we are most proud of is the fact we build stick burners and win with our own designs. We are going to use a new catch phrase moving forward that emphases the style of cookers we build and use, the phrase is “If there is smoke, there’s got to be a fire!” Come up to me at one of the events and quote this phrase and Bubba Grills will give you a custom BBQ hand towel.
